A month-end accrual entry was booked
The month-end close posted a customer's accrual entry. Not sent for a month the platform had closed, which a later month carries. data is the entry as GET /accruals answers it.
Header Parameters
t=<unix seconds>,v1=<hex>: v1 is the HMAC-SHA256, in hex, of <t>.<body> under the endpoint's signing secret, where <body> is the request body byte for byte. Verify it before you trust the body, and refuse a t more than 300 seconds from your own clock. A retry and a replay carry the same body under a new signature.
The event's id, as in the body.

The `external_id` is the only field of a person a key may write. It is unique in the account: one that another person carries is refused with `DUPLICATE_EXTERNAL_ID`.

The accounting platform booked a credit note: one an admin or a key asked for, or one a recurring series' end queued. Sent once per credit note.
